We respect your right to privacy and data control. This page explains how to request the deletion of your personal data from the Solyo app.
How to Request Deletion
You can request the deletion of your data in two ways:
- In-App: Navigate to 'Settings' > 'Account' > 'Delete Account' and follow the on-screen instructions.
 - By Email: Send an email to contact@katlab.gg with the subject line 'Data Deletion Request'.
 
Verification Process
To protect your account from unauthorized requests, we must verify your identity. If requesting by email, please include the email address associated with your Solyo account. We will reply to that email to confirm the request before proceeding. This step is crucial to ensure only the account owner can initiate deletion.
Deletion Timeline
Upon successful verification, our team will process your request. The complete deletion of your personal data from our active systems may take up to 30 days. You will be notified by email once the process is complete.
Data Retention for Legal Requirements
Please note that even after your account is deleted, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. This includes, for example, transaction records of subscriptions for tax and financial compliance, or anonymized, aggregated data for statistical analysis, which can no longer be linked to you.
