Subscription Model and User Conduct

The Solyo App is intended for creating personalized cards and content, operating on a subscription model. By using the app, you agree to the terms of this privacy policy and our conditions of use, including our right to suspend or ban your account for misconduct, violation of terms, or inappropriate behavior. This may extend to identifying the device (such as phone ID) if necessary to prevent recurring abuse or fraud, as permitted by applicable law.

We request personal information only when we truly need it to provide a service to you, including managing subscriptions, creating content, and app functionalities. We do this by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and explicit consent. User Commitment

The user agrees to make appropriate use of the content and information that the Solyo App offers in the application and, by way of example but not limitation: A) Not to engage in activities that are illegal or contrary to good faith and public order, including subscription fraud, spam, or misuse of resources; B) Not to disseminate propaganda or content of a racist, xenophobic, or illicit nature, any type of illegal pornography, in support of terrorism, or against human rights; C) Not to cause damage to the physical (hardware) and logical (software) systems of Solyo App, its suppliers, or third parties, to introduce or spread computer viruses or any other hardware or software systems that are capable of causing the aforementioned damage.

Enforcement

In case of violation of these commitments, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and subscription immediately, without refund, and to take additional measures, including banning by device identification, to protect our users and the service, without prejudice to applicable legal actions.
